Friend of mine just called me after getting out of court, he was caught with 25 euro worth of pollen (30 dollars) about 6 month's ago, first offence. Judge has convicted him and wants him to do 25 days in jail..what the hell???...jail is NO place for a lad who's done nothing his entire life, harmed nobody and just enjoys a simple smoke, I was up for the same a while ago and I got a 250 fine and on my way....the law is seriously screwed people need to wake the hell up.

Quit whining here hash is a felony offence, much more time and you lose your right to vote( and thats pretty much the only right we actully have).

Hey and don't forget over here you can also lose the rights to financial aid if convicted of a drug offense. So if you murder someone you can still borrow money to go to school, but if you are caught with some weed you can have a tough time affording school, brilliant system. And 25 days in jail is too much too.
