Hi i am farely new to this and i have a question .Strain is San Fernando Og. I am at end of week 6 out of 8 and i feel these nugs are a pretty small. Ive seen finished product in 8 week run and they looked alot bigger . Are they small or will they quadruple up in size in the last 14 days?

Good looking grown man,...if youre concerned about the weight of your buds therea a few things id do in the last 3 to 4 weeks . But thats the time when youd expect them to start fattening up. You can add a Co2 supplent in your grow and thats always guarenteed to make your buds fatten up. That the humidity , and also how much your watering can all afdect your final yield...
Good looking garden tho.....hope it helps

He's only going to need CO2 in the presence of more heat. Like, 80-85 degrees.

The heat is there too but he asked about getting bigger yeilds ,...and CO2 supplements as well as heat fall into that category

What are you talking about man,....if your not getting a bigger yeild using CO2 supplements then i think your doing something wrong.Anyway im here to help the guy who was asking a question not go back and forth on someones thread so take it easy.....

You don't need CO2 for better yield. You would need more heat to open the stomata, increase metabolism and respiration, and the increase would be negligible. I'm sure he'll be fine by harvest, without spending extra on heat and CO2.

Don't give yourself time constraints , there are lots of variables when it comes to growing , an 8 week seed could well take 11 weeks flowering time , you will know if you've pulled them too early , just let em Finnish off and you'll be pleased you did . Snip a nug off at the 8 weeks dry it out and see how she goes , to me they look like a good 3-4 weeks off ...

Well we'll have to agree to dissagree.
Im running 3 strains in a 3x5x8 space...
Stop by my thread in about 2 months 8ll show you what CO2 dose when used properly.
Ive ran the same strains with it and without it under the same growing conditions and the diffrence is night and day

You'll have to run a control run of the same strain with the same variables without CO2. "Again." I'm sure with proper heat and humidity, it can be effective, but not enough to justify its use. If his yield is lower than expected, it's either light intensity or strain.

I have never run co2 or even seen it , you guys obviously both know what yas are talking about , can yas recommend a good threw with co2 info , Iam interested in learning a bit more about it

You'll need to have your heat and humidity higher. Like I said, the heat increases metabolism (eating/using nutrients) and respiration (CO2 exchange), and the heat and humidity open up the stomata and the plant works harder to build more faster. If you don't have proper lighting, which pumps all of that stuff (metabolism, circulation, respiration, etc.) it isn't going to do anything.

Yea , that's all way over my head..... I'm not th op lol , was just reading the thread and thought Id ask yas if ya new of any co2 threads that were a good read as searchin for a good thread can take a while.... No dramas, will have a look see ... Thanks

Thanks for the comments. I have been debating on co2 for my next run. But wont be happening on this run anyway. I am on a pretty tight schedule though . I might be able to drag it to 3 weeks vs 2. But will 1 extra week make such a significant difference in yield that it will be worth quite a bit of inconvinience?
