Pretty sure the Taco bell guy got fired for licking the tacos. But, for example, you work for a major brokerage and post things like "Obama is a lousy ni****" on FB. I know a guy like this. Pretty certain that they made him delete his account. Should have fired his ass.

Anything that can tarnish a company's reputation is going to more likely than not, be frowned upon...
a&e is stupid because they not only suspended him but then ran a DD marathon a few days later, hypocritical to say the least.

Either way freedom of speech is getting to be less and less free, in such a small society
