EMERGENCY need help

i need help my plants are about 16 days old and they have been doing great and now all the sudden they seem to be falling over? i have no idea why if anyone could tell me ASAP it would be great. I attatched a pic so you can see. thanks

They are stretching badly. (not enough light)
I would either put em outside....or put some CFL'S by the window.
Either way..you need more light

if i put them outside today will they come back or does it look like they're too far gone?

They'll come back.....it may take a while but they'll ge3t better.
Try burrying the stem so the plant doesnt fall over

i was also told by a friend that when i plant them outside to bury the whole stem up to like the first 2 leaves and then the stem will become sort of a root?

Im not sure about it being a root.....but its done so it could support itself. Do it an inch or two below the leaves

alright thanks, i havent given any fetilizers to them, should i avoid this until the vegitative stage?

Well...what soil are you gunna be using outside?

You should just put out like 20 bucks and get a 2 40 watt CFL'S from walmart.
Start your plants inside and then transplant them after about a week.

just a simple silt loam soil

you need to shorten those stems replant em much deeper and get some light on those babies to keep the internode spacing very tight
