Emergency Help

First time grower here and I have 3 small plants growing in a small grow box. Two seem very healthy but one is in trouble. The problem seems to have come out of nowhere in the last couple days. Its growth is stunted, some leaves are sagging at the sides, some leaves are curled up and feel like they are dying and some leaves have brown discolouration. Please help I don't want one of my plants to die

Lights? Water schedule? Nutes? Soil?

Lights are two 100 watt equivalent cfls 1500 lumens 2700k. The soil was just a basic soil for tomatoes I got from b&q. Nutrients are this seaweed stuff which is supposed to be very good (couldn't get hold of any cannabis specific nutes). Watering the soil every few days, basically when the soil is dry at the top and the pot feels lighter. The other two plants are getting the exact same treatment as far as I can tell and are about twice the size. I am using shaman feminized seeds from dutch passion.

try giving that plant an extra day without watering and see if any difference.Each individual plant doesnt take exactly the same water or nutrients.

Looks like it could be a ph issue. Do you know the ph of you soil and your water? You should also use a better soil when you repot, one that is not meant for growing tomatoes outdoors. I would start with the ph though. Good luck.

Common sense answer:

All three plants are getting exact treatment...
If two are fine... do nothing to the third...
You are telling us, only one is a problem, and all are the same?
Then this iis just a stupid, slow grower... 2 of 3 great...
one in 3 stupid.... sounds like my Kids....
Growing is not a perfect science...
Sheiot happens, or in this case stupid happens....

With pH I have no way of measuring it but I know the water in my area is average hardness and I read that if you leave water on the side overnight it allows time for any chlorine to evaporate out so I have been doing that. I wasn't planning on repotting my grow area is very small and I am only aiming for 1.5ft plants max, is it a necessity? Sand4x105 I guess that makes sense as the other two are doing pretty well I think.

A ph meter is probably the most important bit of kit you can have, after your lights ofcourse. your water can be a perfect 7 ph but once you add nutes it might drop to 5.5 which for soil would be way to low, even get a cheap liquid test kit for a couple of pounds to check it, grow shop or pet shop that sells fish will have one

Does one of those cheap kits include a way to change it because all the options that included that were very expensive. This is my first and probably only grow for a while so I don't want to invest loads of money, it's already around £150 I reckon. How much difference will not measuring pH make as I am not looking for that much bud if I got anything over an ounce from the 3 I would be over the moon.

you might find one cheaper at you local grow shop or a pet shop, kits like that are inexspensive and will last more than one grow. http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/150968073156?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y&cbt=y&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=63 if you ph is far enough out and you do nothing about it, its game over. for soil you want to be in the 6.0 to 7.0 range. anything above or below that means nutes start to get locked out and you get deficiencies that will only get worse. once you know if your ph is in the problem range then you can get a ph up or down solution to fix the problem. I honestly don't know what your problem is, im still pretty armature myself, but I do know that a good ph and a good ppm meter are worth there weight in gold in the grow room
