yes that would suck. i do know him and swerve dont see eye to eye but l like to think no one would rat based on sour grapes.

please clarify what exactly happened as i said i know they dislike each other but that seems extreme to me and not very honorable.

Elite has posted he is very busy and in great need of a vacation....Can't imagine the time to do this type business basically all by yourself without a break. Must love it....and be crazy...

what i know is that i have done business with him a few times and he was honest and fair. what i want to know is what happened and if another breeder was responsible.

well a breeder who is apparently "extremely busy" to where he can't reply to emails. And a random person who has stated he is busted. Apparently there is not anyone here who has seen elite or talked with on the phone to disprove this? I think it isn't too much of a step to think that he might be busted but I would look pretty stupid if indeed he wasn't and started posting here soon, but I think it is a possibility given his excuse of being extremely busy yet in all that being busy doesn't reply to emails?

I hope all is well I have not had contact with this dude still And I have posted on his forum and pm'ed him with no response. I am also still waiting on several emails I have shot him pretty much got weird around the eleventh of the month that's when he stopped responding to my emails.

it would not surprise me.. he better show his face around RIU in his threads if he is around.

so has any one who posted on here claiming they knew the dude and talked regularly with him,even hyping his gear,have you people talked to him.i do remember people saying he was cool to get a hold of and they talked all the time.so what is the truth so people know were they stand.Elite used this forum to sell his gear,he owes it to this forum to say whats up,i hope hes not busted or running from paying the seed makers,and i hope another breeder did not rat him out.but as much as i sparred with the guy i knew he had a short shelf life,its the nature of the business.so i sympathized with him on the stress factor.but he seemed like he was running a full cource press,that time was not on his side,or that he intended it to be.

Damn this sucks for all of you. A buddy of mine wanted to pick up some of his discounted strains.

I imagine Elite most likely got busted. I have no clue how this guy supposedly operated legally in Indiana or any other state for that matter (as he claimed). Lets hope he didn't keep records and or Mr. Elite is just ill or something along those lines. It would suck ballz for a lot of people that ordered off of him if he got busted. I imagine it would be very easy to trace back all the orders he ships out. Usually shipping companies are more than willing to help out LEO/DEA with issues involving illegal items being shipped with their services. Bottom line is I hope the guy is just sick and or overworked otherwise this could screw over a lot of good people really causing no harm to the world.

who is swerve,and if swerve and elite are at each others throats and swerve is going to potpimp or what ever it is called,does it not make people want to stay away from the California underground seed business,one thing the US government does not like is not getting its taxes.but the more hate and competition and stealing genetics and who has the real cut,it seems this is getting out of hand and were theirs money with out representation you have the law,i can see a shit storm comeing,and i can see a few well paid informers,and i can see it aint going to be nice.i think some people get comfortable because a lot of med users tell them to use a company that may be on the out,or being watched,but we will see.
