I'm having quite a bit of problems with my plant it's about 5 inches tall after a month I was using 4 180 watt fluorescent in the beginning with no nutes. 3 days ago I recently switched to a 600w hps light that I brought with me from SoCal. My plants I feel like are growing very slow.. One is dying I believe cuz I transplanted it too early.
The temp reads 26 Celsius my humidity is dryy. Been a month and still not using nutes because I feel like the plant is too weak.. Also my plants is starting to get yellow tips. Can I get some ideas of what I can do1422435_10203523072342281_1779794026_n.jpg1509989_10203523074462334_1720354067_n.jpg1623628_10203523070582237_796268986_n.jpg1897939_10203523073102300_627520288_n.jpg1897939_10203523073102300_627520288_n.jpg

How is air movement in there :??: Do you have a fan going :??: Also, yeah for the most part by the time a plants are a month old they are needing some nutrients.. Like previous grower said, hit them/it with some half diluted nutrients, and work your way up in strength to see if that corrects the issues.. I have to add though, dont overdue the nutrients. If you start seeing "burnt tips on the fan leaves" backoff the nutes.. Im sure that will fix the issue.. And it certainly sounds like she's hungry, especially if your seeing yellowing.. It would help allot better if I could see some sort of pictures though.. ;)
Do u think everything else is normal in your opinion I mean in regards to my set up

After I looked it seems that they are working now.. ;) Ok, yeah.. You 4 sure need to start off with a diluted (N) good nutrients lineup. No criticism from me. Hell, it's just your 1st grow so your learning.. Best way to learn IMO is hands on, with the help from other growers.. ;)

its best to start off with a good 5/5/5 or 10/10/10 but yeah, to answer your question 8/6/6 would do just fine for now.. Usually your nutrients container should tell you the recommended dosages, if it where me I would cut by half to a gln of water then ph accordingly.. Your first number in that in your (N) nitrogen. that's what plants require more of during "vegetative state". Along with many other nutrients. When it comes time you would like your plant to flower, switch over your lighting schedule to 12/12. Continue to feed your veg nutrients into the 1st week of flowering, then gradually switch over to flowering nutrients. Of course this is my method, may not work for you, although it may.. ;) Growing is indeed an art. Each grower has their own different methods, and or ways they like getting their grows on.. ;)
would 8 -6- 6 wok?? and how much water should i be adding at a time

YW.. And hell no. lol I would just mix a gallon at a time, not feed the plants. Lol They shouldn't require much.. When I feed I don't pour my mixes till it runs out the bottoms. I just give um a quick dose, then move on to the next.. ;)

I don't grow in soil, but I need to start my seedlings on 250-300ppm after they have been above ground for 1 week. I find when I do this they seam to take off the second week. When I started growing from seed and in 100% perlite I didn't feed my seedling for 3 weeds and they started to turn slightly yellow/lime green. They were only on their fist set of leaves so I was scared to feed them, based off everything I read : ) However, as soon as i fed them them resonded beautifully.

When in doubt, just start with a really low ppm feed and GRADUALLY work your way up. If they are in need of feed, they should respond even to that first light feeding. Watch your plants, they will tell you what they need(or don't).

EXACTLY!!! Its best when starting off to add "less", more can always come later in growth ie' the plants will let you know "by yellowing" if they need more.. If I where you though I would look into scoring a good ppm meter, and or ph your water/food if you don't already.

Is it just me or does that plant sort of look like its flowering? Your reason for slow growth might be that you accidentally switched into flowering early? Whats you light schedule?

This plant is in as much trouble as the muslim brotherhood.
You need coco ,better lighting and longer photoperiod.

Very well could be.. However it could also be mutated, and or a dwarf.. lol  There still maybe hope for the little thing yet.... I would 4 sure increase the lighting though.. No doubt!! 155415_790508844297564_930145116_n.jpg were looking 4 buds like this.. ;) haha

So how do I find out for sure I'm doing 18/6 the leaves are starting to grow more since I put the nutrients also some small new leaves started coming up plus about halfway up the stalk it's a lot greener almost as if the stem looks newer. Also I'm using peat moss
