Effects of adding a baby plant

I was wondering if by adding another little just sprouting plant this takes away from my main plant at all because if so I want to remove it and move it elsewhere as soon as possible.
Here's my setup
2 bulbs up top
1 to the left
1 to the right
My main plant (almost 2 weeks) and my other baby are in the middle of these. By adding this other plant does it "steal" the light from my main one? I am only under 98 watts to begin with because I was waiting till week 2 to boost the lights.

If it is smaller it will not take away light if anything the larger plant will block light from the smaller one

Like I said the other one is only like 2 weeks so it isn't blocking anything yet. The pots I am using are level so really I figured it's only catching lost light.

when they get bigger they will block each other and fight for light but as for now it is just using light that isnt being used for the other plant.
