https://www.kindledgrowlights.com/collections/k3-seriesSo one hlg185-700 & one hlg240-2100b is all I'd need to convert this thing and open the fixture up mounting the drivers on top. Suh-weet.
Did you really have to post this on my thread dude?@Ecosunlite CREE LED why does you company still use deceptive advertising on your lights? A 300 watt light draws 300 watts, otherwise it isn't a 300 watt light. So does that make my 2 luna 300 light fixture a 1260 watt monster, NO it's a 500 watt light, that's it. Until your advertising changes, I would never endorse your product, even if I could hit 3 grams per watt. This is the type of deception that has put such a bad name on LED lighting. Not saying your light is garbage, I just always tell people to avoid companies that do this.
Mad cool! That Eco is exactly what you needed.I wanted to post a pic of my fixture dimmed down so you can see my removable Far Red "pontoons" that clip on to each side of my 2 heatsinks as well. I literally have everything a grower could want in my opinion. Besides the 2- 4' PURE UVB AgroMax bulbs which I will be adding this flower run.
But I have again:
3590:
6-3500k
2-4000k
3070:
2-5000k
1-3000k
3 watt Cree XP-E:
36-Red
30-Deep Red
12-Royal Blue (435nm)
12-3000k Warm White SMDs.
&12-Far Red (730nm) SEMILEDS (StevesLEDs) for lights out.
I think its gonna be some serious dank growin in this space this run.
I'm especially excited for the TANGERINE POWER, ZOMBIE KUSH, AND BLUEBERRY!!!!!!
I'm posting all 3 pics I took because I'm not sure which one is of the best quality.View attachment 3748458 View attachment 3748459 View attachment 3748460
These other led grow light companies , check out their led , 1000W Actual power is 474W,
when we develop this model , we consider its power, heat cooling and coverage , of course its price . Why not check its temp when it works alone and comparing with amare led similar power , Amare use bigger fans to cool , it means noise is louder as well , that part is also our consideration . Meanwell drivers are good ones , of course . But what we want to make is one product which is with higher par , bigger coverage and quality is good too , of course growers can afford it . That's why we use cree led chips , OEM drivers , not that famous than meanwell drivers .No I believe the cooling SHOULD/WOULD be adequate. But you don't understand. You have EIGHT drivers shoved in this fixture and the heat those give off on their own isn't taken into account and you get a ton of heat. Which is why I'm going to take all the drivers out besides the 2 fan ones, and mount 2 meanwells on top of it so it's nice and open in there. 1 hlg-185h-c700 for pcbs in series and one hlg240h-c2100b for the cobs. Once it's opened up the extra heat load from running the cobs that hard won't be an issue with SIX fans blowing like all hell in an open fixture.
Well all I know is I'll be swapping the drivers out for meanwells.when we develop this model , we consider its power, heat cooling and coverage , of course its price .
