Ebb n Flow Table System Schedule Suggestions.

Curious if anyone else uses a flood table and what schedules they would use. In past times i've done 15 minutes 4 times a day and only when the lights are on during flower. Any suggestions will be taken into account, appreciate guys!

what kinda median are you using

in normal temps, i would do 6 times per day, 1 of them when lights are off 6mins on timer. in winter i do more 12x because i have a heater in my res and it's nice to keep the roots at acceptable temps. in summer too i like to flood more to keep the roots moist. you can do as many as you want provided your growing in grorocks, some growers do up to 15mins on/1 hour off

I'm flooding rockwool once a day, the pot does not loose more than half the water weight in that time.

My plants tell me the schedule they prefer. I simply oblige them.

I'm grow in hydroton and flood every 4 hrs, seems like my roots dry out too much after that. I like to starve them as long as i can without killing any of the root mass.

just rw retains water like a sponge. I would give twice a day a go for 20mins, get more air to roots.

hydroton, 15minutes flood every 2 hours for sog plants in lil pots
maybe less if doing bushes or trees

i run for 30 min every 3 hours works good for me hydroton is only in my 6x6x7 square pots tray has no rock in it works good for me.
