ebb & flow tray and cover, how good of a seal?

you have to get the lid separate i had got a few for my trays to try out and they helped allot with the algae build up they are pretty pricey though here are a few pics.

Save yourself some money and get a rubbermaid rough neck. I use one and its a better reservoir than my american hydro one that cost more than twice as much without a lid. they are taller which can be a problem for some setups but they are are also more slender so less fluid is required to remain in it during feeds so that your pump doesn't burn up. they are totally light proof and seal very well. they all clean a lot easier than the hard plastic shit normal rez's are made out of. slime and salt does not seem to build up on the rubbermaid material at all.

yup i agree if you are just looking for a res rubbermaid all the way thats what i was using under those trays. i bought a botanicare 20 gal res and it was ridiculously overpriced and seemed to collect more algae in it that the rubbermaid did lol dont waste the money, the lids i got where for algae buildup in the actual tray and worked for that just fine.
