ebb and flow tent-advice needed!!

anyone done 4 or 5 plants in a small ebb and and flow tent setup? needing people to relate to! please help! my plants are started but i'm nervous and proceeding because of my inexperience. any helpers!?

http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/y445/mrgnx111/008-1.jpg this is at around 3weeks. they got too dry one day so they're struggling should i begin using nutrients and flooding? i've just been top-watering daily with tap water, so far. they're under my 400w hps.
