I got my tents from Wish.com I paid $45 for my 2'x4'x4' and my 2'x2'x4' was $25. They seem to be just as strong as any tent ive seen at the grow shop. Both have plenty of vents and the 2'x2' has a cool window flap on the front.

Don’t go cheap on your tent, just like you wouldn’t want to go cheap on the home you live in. Treat your ladies with the same respect, they’ll love you for it in the end. There are some good tents on both eBay and Amazon, but be cautious, some have been been known to have lots of needle size holes all over. Don’t want those light leaks screwing up your flower cycle. I had to learn the hard way thinking it didn’t matter what type of tent I got. Velcro wore out, zippers starting not wanting to zip correctly, stitching coming undone, you name it. Not trying to tell you what to do, just trying to offer some friendly advice, don’t skimp on your tent.

I agree, but shop around. You may not need to spend $200 plus on a tent when there are good ones out there reasonably priced.

I second the Vivosun tents. I have a 48" x 48" x 80" for flower and a 24" x 48" x 60" for veg. Got both for under $200. They work just fine. No pinholes. More vents than you need, frames strong enough to hold lights, fan, filter. I have a Vivosun ballast and hood as well and use their HPS bulbs also. It's a decent inexpensive brand.

I'm very much impressed with vivosun products. I had an issue with an item, sent an email and they asked for a picture. I gave the pic and they refunded my cash and sent me a new item on top of it.... My vivosun tent is awesome and I'd buy another one without question. I also have a few of there water pumps , wireless hygrometer and thermometers , Never had any complaints

VivoSun 4'x4'x6'. $90 new at auction. Only wish would be another ceiling crossbrace. The only thing it doesn't do as well as the Gorilla or L.A. Gardens is lighten my wallet.

$20 last I saw. Bought 1/2" PVC pipe, a couple T connectors and filled with spray foam after cutting to length. Cut slots in the T fittings to fit bars. Stronger than stock and about $2 when done. Thank you though.

I was able to hang a carbon filter, fan, and sealed hood without any problems with the support that came with the tent.

Glad that works. They are strong for as cheap as they are. But the bar your fan is hanging from is supposed to be the opposite direction and distributing its load across the two other bars. That's they one they should include two of.

After looking at this again. I suggest you take your light and fan down. Reposition the center crossbar to its proper position and rehang everything. It will then be absorbing less stress. Assembled as intended and will be a cleaner installation. I am running a 6" fan w/18" filter and 2 actively cooled 12# light fixtures. My fan must be offset. Too much weight without additional bar. Hope this helps you out.
