ebay messed up?

for some reason i cant make any purchases on ebay right now. i cant see my purchase history watch list or anything else, will someone please check their account to see if this is happening for them at the moment si ill know if its just me or not. plus rep for anyone who takes the time to help me and thank your for doing so as well

thank you very much. i was finally able to make a purchase. gettin some damn ph calibration cuz i have been using ph perfect for the past few days and for some reason the two seperate rez i have it in are showing different readings... i did only use half strength nutrients though so im wondering if when using ph perfect you have to use the full dosage compared to how much water you have for it to acually calibrate the ph of your water. anyone know if this is true or not?

could be your tap water ph is changing as the water company pumps their chemicals in at different times.
