The guy has sold 122 of this picture of Cannabis Sativa seeds at $15.70 + $4.00 shipping.

Pictures of seeds for $19.70 and people are buying them.

What are we missing here

It is a scam and people think they are buying the actual seeds. Someone pulled this with a PS4 or something like that. Alot of people do not read the details where it says it is only a picture of the item. SCAM

Edited to add I think that is the deal.

People can get friends or make other accounts to buy said items to look as if they are selling
