eBay carbon filters. Experiences?

Does anybody here have experience with the carbon filters that are floating around eBay? I'm looking at this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-x-22-Activated-Carbon-Charcoal-Filter-Odor-Scrubber-/300582756205?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45fc20df6d

Rhino or Can-Filters are very expensive compared to these, and I know they work very well, but I figure I'd see if the eBay filters will fit my needs.

I'm running a 6" centrifugal fan with the speed turned way down. A 450CFM filter is way overkill for my needs, but I want room to expand if I decide to get a bigger light and need the additional CFM.

I bought one off eBay once. Sucked serious ass, did not filter shit. After being a consumer for as long as I have, honestly you get what you pay for. Go get a nice phresh filter, you will be glad you did.

I will no longer look at sites like that when shopping for things that are important I just do the research find highly reviewed brands and go for those it is so true when they say u get what you pay for.
