easy way to water, collect run-off.

I have some plastic saucers. Thats what I was referring to when I have to dump all the runoff in a bucket. I'll definately lighten up on the watering though if you think im saturating the soil too much. I never noticed any adverse reaction from the plant by watering 1 gallon at a time to a 3 gallon container.

I generally do a gallon a 3 liter too, I water em 1/4 a gallon at a time, 5 min apart, the last 1/4 gallon should have some run through to it.

use trays, and get you a small wet/dry shop vac. then you just suck the runoff out of the trays with it, pretty easy. OSH has small submersible pumps($12) you can put in a small bucket. add a hose and a spray nozzle and your in bussiness, no more cups. I also use the small pumps to circulate my nutes while they are "Brewing" along with an Airstone to aireate the mix.
