Instead of waiting for an e-mail why not call them? You'll get an immediate response.

QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, CONCERNS?
1-800-461-4556 <---- call that number, it's the chef boyardee hotline and its toll free

Should of got cup of noodles lunch meat is insta mac and cheese cans are hard to work.by the way my old can opener sucked ass hole
I had to use a knife after the can opener just to open cans I like to stab the can open and use the blade of the knife to cut it open.
But now I bought a new opener it works fine

i can just picture the phone conversation now:

op: hello, chef boyardee? yes, i just purchased a can of your "easy open" ravioli, and there was no tab top. what gives?

phone rep: sir, did you turn the can over and check the bottom?

lol j/k. seriously though, did you check the bottom? maybe the label was just upside down. i've had that happen. it just seems weird that the ez top labels would get mixed in the part of the facility that does not make ez tops.

its all good man bread stays fresher in an aitight microave and tins in the oven means less washing up! yes i am that lazy......

ive done the same proceedure of writing a stiff letter( once on cardboard ) of complaint to various companies with great success. from tea bags that turn up empty to crisps with black ones in. i once sent back a pouch of rolling tobacco with a strange lump of brown mush stuff in back and demanded to know what their proceedure of quality control was to ensure this wouldnt happen again.

one pancake day i bought a jar of choc sauce only to get home and find it wasnt sealed and was mouldy. sent it back with a letter and got a jar of everything in their range. when it arrived 3 of the jars had come open. second letter!! vouchers for free sauce.

you wouldnt believe what 5 mins writing a piss take letter can achieve.

Looks like emailing them paid off : )
Dear Mr. #@%?,

Thank you for your email concerning our Chef Boyardee® Mini Ravioli, a product of ConAgra Foods. We appreciate your purchase, and sincerely apologize for your experience.

Due to unusually strong demand, our can supplier could not keep up with supply of easy open lids. We did not want to stop providing consumers with the product they love so the flat lids were a temporary solution. We have returned to the easy to open lids as of production date August 30th. This was as soon as our supplier could provide them. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We will also be sending you coupons via regular mail that are valid for nine months. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt.

Thanks again for your feedback. We're listening!

Sincerely,

If anyone is poor or just likes free stuff, I'm sure you could contact manufacturers of just about any product, tell them there was a flaw in their product, and get exponentially more free shit than you claimed to have bought.

I went to wallyworld and picked up some snacks, and noticed when I got home a possible stoners nightmare! I got 3 cans of raviolli, and only 1 of them had an easy open top...but they were all labeled "easy open top"! I feel sorry for the poor stoner that gets these and doesnt have a can-opener...lol

Haven't read all four pages, but just repeated stab that can with a shitty knife (you don't want to be usin' yer best blades for can stabbin' now do you?) until it yields it's ravioli goodness unto your cookin' pot.
