I vote for smoking it. I'll smoke a frozen rope when I run out :)
def a good idea

Can you cut the male pollen sacs off and leave the pistils? Any opinions will be appreciated :D
cut as many off as you can. don't cull the males. you don't have that many plants so just resign yourself to the fact you're going to get seeds on this grow. the buds are still good. it would be a waste to throw them out.

Sounds good thank you very much!

Good question!

You can try to keep up with pinching them. Remember though it only takes one releasing pollen to possibly seed an entire crop.
I Seperated it might try and pull all the nanners off and put back with others but still havnt decided

I'll smoke it wit chu!

That is a true hermie, not a plant that's stressed into pollinating itself. The way to tell the difference is that true hermies have female and male buds on the same nodes, growing both male staminate and female pistillate structures in the same flower, as his does, whereas stressed plants have female flowers and grow several male flowers from separate nodes, not on the same flower.
Like someone asked is this facts? i'm very curious i mean i had light leak after the lights went off but not too much and i mean its right when they go off so it's like not in the middle of their sleep just right before it.

Do you state this as fact or opinion? Because I have seen many stressed plants sprout male flowers right next to a female flower or even right out of a forming bud.

The info I posted was something that I have read several different places, there was a long discussion about it in a thread not too long ago. I can't remember if it was RIK or Dr.J who said it but I pulled this from wiki and they sum it up pretty well "Cannabis normally has imperfect flowers, with staminate "male" and pistillate "female" flowers occurring on separate plants.[SUP][11][/SUP] It is not unusual, however, for individual plants to bear both male and female flowers.[SUP][12][/SUP] Although monoecious plants are often referred to as "hermaphrodites," true hermaphrodites (which are less common) bear staminate and pistillate structures on individual flowers, whereas monoecious plants bear male and female flowers at different locations on the same plant."

I'm with dannyboy on this one.
You'll have seeds but really that just means energy got diverted from bud production to seed production i.e. slightly less potent, less yield (though your weights will be slightly askew, too, since seeds do have weight to them). still smokable, just not optimum. Save 'em and you'll have plenty of seeds to do hermie-12/12FS-SOGs whenever you're bored / between grows/ want a quick 77day harvest (which will also have some hermies in it).
Don't forget, environment and feeding can also implicate genetic expression, so just because you have seeds from hermie doesn't mean there aren't things you can do to minimize the expression of that trait--e.g,optimal environs throughout the grow.

Ace, if i'm the Dr.J you're talking about in the above, i think the thread you're referencing came from RIK because I havent talked about my hermie seeds in two years--though i still have like 50 or 60 headband seeds from a buddy...should probably do something with 'em!

be easy homies, hope this helped,
:leaf:

Haha sorry I should have been clearer, I was referring to Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, my apologies for the confusion, 'tis oft the case given my penchant for condensing words unnecessarily :-P

p.s. isn't it awesome when people have tons of seeds they don't want? Similar circumstances placed several hundred GDP seeds in my paws, probably gonna try to pop a few sometime soon as I remember the bud they came from was pretty amazing even with the seeds

if i do let the pollen sacks explode and spread they'll devote energy towards making seeds instead of thicker buds right?

and i could use extra seeds so should i introduce that plant back with my others or just leave it secluded?

don't know if it is too late to chime in DGT, but if it is one of 6 plants, and the other 5 lose 20% of their yield, you at that point break even in killing the one, and get better quality in the other 5. Just another opinion, and opinions are like butt holes. We all have one, some just stink more than others.
