Nodes start to alternate as the plant gets older. Not sure how old yours was when you saw that but that could be all it was.

O ok thanks my yields have been lacking because of low humidity, wut if I grab a tent n t5s for the first 3 weeks then 400 the rest of the way

Probably a waste of time.
How much wattage do you have in there.

From what i understand, Co2 only makes a difference if you have lots and lots of light and high temps.

UPDATE
Plants 3 & 4- Day 35 of 12/12.
P3 is 29 inches tall from the soil line and P4 is 40 inches tall.
Based on how they look at 35 days I think this could be the best grow I've ever done. Period.

Doing Great Dr. Gruber as I Hope You are . Yes it has been-o-while but good ta see yer Still Growing the Magic . In Me Humble Opinion Dr. Greenthumb's Creations are widely Underrated and are worth looking into for pep's looking for the Best-O-The Best . Solid long term tested gear that is still is backed by growing advice from the 2 Resident Dr's always glad ta answer growers questions when needed .

Plants look great. I've only been at this for a few years now but I have run docs ecsd probably 7 times in my perpetual rooms. And all I can say is they do extremely well topped. I scrog and veg about 80 days but when I throw them in with 16 to 32 tops I continuously pull well over a P on the better phenos... I tend to have what looks like a mild mag def in flower With her sometimes.
Anyways. I read a lot of your threads. Very organized I hope you do well on these. This sour is fantastic and I haven't met anyone who didn't like it. Top shelf for sure ... I've also ran his bubba og, and his Chem 4. Both very good Chem has a great yield and really gets me stoned ... This weekend I'm going to pop his g13, Chem 13, and carnage. .
