Every time I water? I am restricted in doing the MG flowering thing and have gave it a 1/4 recommended dose mixture already. I water 1/2 gallon every AM. I tried letting them go and they drooped after 20 hours so 1/2 gal daily is good.

ur gonna want to soak the plants good when u water them a mature plant should recieve sumthing like 2 gallons, but if u dnt mind watering often 1/2 gallon is fine, i dnt even get to water as much as i should, i can only carry 5 maybe 6 gallons up with me in a bag, and i have 8 girls to feed so they have to settle for 1 gal every 2 days

yea it is, i had suspicion sum1 was at my spot twice this year moved em both times, thought i was gonna die i was so exausted, but id rather do that than lose a crop

Thanks, I have Bacto premium potting soil @ 90% with 10% processed Walmart manure. Before I am done pouring the 1/2 gallon its running out the holes. I even thought the soil was separating from the sides letting it go down there and it was not.
They are really pretty. I like the Bacto I think. It drains good, has starter and time release in it and more but not enough to burn. I see measurable progress every day.
I am just not up to speed on the nutes.
They are 52 inches from the bucket rim up now. Not bad for a noob in 5 gallon buckets. Lots of credit goes to this group.

yea this is my 5th attempt at growing, every other year sumthings gone horribly wrong, i was about to throw in the towel,but this year everythings going well, got 8 females 4 of which are rele nice, 2 are rite around 4 ft, 1 is around 3 ft w/ tons of colas, glad i decided to try some LST, but id say im gonna consider this my 1st grow, bc every other time it went bad be4 i got this far, now just the 8-10 week wait till harvest

i havent been to mine for over a week, im sure they are bangin after the rains..the trip lines i had placed to find out if i had been dicoverd were all still intact, still cant help and think that someone is watching. if they are found im screwd because i will not attempt to move 6 plants with 2 over 8 ft, and the smallest bieng about 5 ft 6 (last week). good rains and a solid looking forecast for the next 10 days.

im so anxious to be done. each day is another day closer.

i c everyone using 5 gallon buckets. i just dont see you growing much on a 8 foot plant out of 5 gallon bucket. they get root bond and us up all the nut before they start budding. i have 18 plants right now check on them today. it was shocking havnt checked in 3 weeks. one went from 6' to over 10'. all the rest are around 8' growing very nice gonna go hit them with fert this week.

you put it on a deer trail a deer broke it. leave money no the trail. a 5 spot.

I have 6 satori all in 5 gallon buckets all about 6 foot tall now. Two of them have already reached then bottom of the bucket and they haven't even begun flowering yet. They are gonna be 10 foot monsters and I have no way to transplant them into something bigger short of the massive buckets with rope handles you can buy from home depo.

Side note, if I take one of my females and take the one male of the bunch and plant side by side away from the rest of my crops i should get seeds right?

cut the bottom of the bucket off and put it in the ground

Be careful. That male has the potential to pollinate your entire crop. If it were me, I'd separate that male completely. At least several hundred yards downwind of your females. When the pollen sacs are mature, you can collect the pollen, cull the male, and manually pollinate the female of your chosing.

Hey guys thanks for the tips, I managed to I'd and separate three males long before the hurricane hit and all the girls are showing tons of little white buds. I wish I could put them in the ground but the area won't allow for it. Basically the reason I had to use buckets to begin with. Thankfully the biggest plants were the males I am hoping the five foot females won't get root bound

No damage here. A lot of rain but the wind wasn't as bad as they were previously predicting in my neck of the woods. Looks like there is more rain on the way next week already.
