Easiest way to 100oz a year...

So, basicalky, I want to upscale my set up so I can grow at least 100oz per year. But not reallg sure the best way to go about it.

What would you do if money is no barrier, and you can contruct whatever setup you want? How wojls you acieve rhe 100oz+ mark?

A couple of prerequisits: Im a soil grower, so no hydro, has to be a soil setup. I want to harvest at least 4 times a year.

Is a 1000w HPS going to get me there?
Should I hsve a sepatate veg tent?
1.2sqm tent or larger?
Cant grow more than 10 plants, no matter what size.

Anyways, let me know how youd do it. Or how I shoukd do it.

simple math says at10 plant s if you harvest every 8 weeks each plants needs to give off 1.66 witch is very doable from the yields I've seen it's actually even on the low end.

if money is no issue, 9 plants. 1000 watters on each one.

i would probably have heat issues if i went 100 watters on each plant. i wantnro use a 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m grow tent.

3 - 4x4 tents with 2 x 600x cool tubes (1MH, 1 HPS) w/ dimmable ballasts in each tent, 3 plants each vegged for 6 weeks, topped twice and trained with a screen, and then flowered. potted in Subcool's Super Soil in Smart Pots, possibly with CO2 enrichment. One smaller tent to keep a mother plant going. should bring in about 8 - 10 ounces of the Dank every 35 days. Exhaust your lights separately from the growing area and enrich with co2 for monster plants. UberChron

sounds like a great goal to try and achieve i hope i can get 2 ounces a plant when i get my first grow underway but i have heard it will prolly take a few runs before i can achieve my goals unless i learn i got a great greenthumb right away lol i have never grew anything in my life flowers or veggies so this could be a challenge lol good luck and once you get it dialed in you shouldn't have a problem getting over a 100 zips a year

My first grow of 4 plants i totally messed up. But i still yielded 7oz after cropping 2 weeks too early. So yeah you should be fine.

Trippsy25, you say money is no option, yet you want to grow in such a small space. You need to be a little more realistic mate. Look at ScrOG or vertical setups to utilize your space, but throwing money at it won't help if you do not have room to expand and have no experience maximizing yields. It is more about method than money. You will need 2 separate tents either way.

25oz is 700g which is totally doable with a single 1000W in a 4x4x7 tent that's dialed in. It'll probably take you a few cycles to get it dialed in but you'll get there. Having a separate veg area really helps. Even just a tiny area to keep mothers you like.

is that 10 flowering plant limit with mutli in veggie that does not count.....or a total of 10 plants

honestly the best way to do it is a Tent and Room set up ......get a plant u like and grow it making it a mother (this is the tent ) the rest of the room is flowering cloning vegging

go with a Hydro system and Scrog ..........when i say hydro i am saying DWC....in your case RDWC .....9 plants is little odd so u would need to add a extra bucket to system
i am thinking of building this get up myself so i can lay it out i thought about it
under current system ....u can go 10 cover up one of the buckets
1 hp water chiller
2 auto PHer (one for up one for down).....keeping the ph 5.9/5.8 all the time with out u doing it (very very important) get a gallon ph up gallon ph down
100/200 gallon RO water filter set up (100 will work but take while 200 will cut fill times in half)
reservoir 50 gallons (holding clean RO water to fill into the system )
float valve ....this is hooked into the holding tank of water and to the mixing cell of the RDWC (auto fill system for the week)
cloning machine .....and compounds for cloning
feed system and plan fallow fox farms (dirty dozen kit then buy everything in that in gallon versions) ...the under current set up will keep the stuff from settling (talking big bloom Tiger bloom )

the system is large so will take your tank of water plus more when u change out the system once a week (the water need to be dumped after a week and replaced) ....about in the middle of the week day 3/4 i add say a gallon of fresh feed worth to system (in 3 gallon system) so 3 to 1 u have 30 gallons add 10 gallons worth of fresh feed middle of the week ...replace what was used

the auto PHers will save u alot of work really do get 2 of them set it to 6.1 to go down to 5.9 and if it gets to 5.6 to go up to 5.8 ....doing this allow almost prefect intake on the roots..........the other important to health is that water chiller .....HPS lights are about 70% IR heat that can change the temp of the water very fast ....the chiller at 1hp should handle it set it for 63

the last thing is the micros ....the fox farm system is nearly just sheer power so u do need to invest into some micros

i used the 3 of them for awhile now they changed one out Microbial Munch is new one was bud candy in old packs

this system will get u the most out anything u grow .......the mother plant is always the 10th u can use her 3 times before u need to replace her ....the fact u are in DWC allows the plant to have access to the most water possible ....the feed line and plan is well known to do good i use this stuff in my soil grows

the tent 3x3x5 or a 4x4x7 if u want it

2 1000 watt hps over a 4x8 trey and depinding on the method you choose you should b able to get a low end yeild of two lbs a trey every cycle if you did three cycles you would meet your goal of 100 oz ... 4 would put you over by two lbs if your interested check this out mite help you its an example of wat i listed Custom shed grow room:
