Earthworms/Nightcrawlers?

heyall...just wondering if anybody has ever tried using earthworms or nightcrawlers in a grow? I was thinking of trying a half dozen or so in one runt plant after flushing and one week before 12/12. whatdoyathink? btw, indoor closet grow.

yup, I rocked a bunch of red wigglers. They are really good for air in the soil and nutrients with their casting. plus kinda neat to have little guys in there tickling the roots :peace:

the only way it would effect the taste if for the best! Your girls will benefit with nutrient intake, thus making them produce wonderful fruits. Ha. but on another not I would try to stick with smaller worms, less soil movement.

thanks! it seemed like a given but didn't see any other posts about it. this is only my 2nd grow and i want to experiment a little (also using mgmc so i don't f'up too much). :mrgreen:

i figure six in a pot couldn't hurt to try

yeah man, it's all good. I actually prefer using them, I like to make a little compost/soil naturally for a month while seed shopping, by letting the worms work the soil. Resulting in some dank soil, :P good luck man

so i flushed my three plants late last night since this is the last veg week and bought a dozen worms today dropping four in each 3 gallon pot. i'm hurt'n right now so i can't afford to screw my shit up
