Early red hairs/ stress

Hey guys I’m in W5 of flower and with really early maturing hairs and some nanners. Pretty sure it was heat stress we had some really hot days lately and I didn’t notice until it was too late. Now I have mature hairs and slight nanners. One plant fully hermed and I took it out. The buds don’t seem to be getting any larger now. Is the growth gonna be stalled completely since this happened? That’s really all I care about is if I continue to let them grow will the life cycle continue or am I screwed?

it just sucks because it caught them when the buds are still super small and I was hoping to get to the bulking period.

If you have pistils that are turning brown/orange earlier than normal and have found nanners then more than likely those spots are seeded. I'd continue as normal, a few seeds won't hurt anything.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. Hopefully it’s not too bad tho. I’m more so worried about them not developing more in size.

Have you grown that strain b4? I have a gorilla zkittlez that as soon as she hits week 5 she looks finished to the eye. Only orange hairs and weight from week 5 of flower on

You need to work on your estimates by eye if you think a week 5 plant looks ready. Either that or you don't know what a plant looks like when ready.

Lol, maybe I didn't explain enough. Was referring to white hairs being gone and the cloudy look to trics
Oh you said at week 5 it looks ready to the eye. It's pretty easy to tell when a plant is ready. Just because the pistils aren't white anymore doesn't mean it's ready. IMO trichomes are a terrible indicator of readiness.

Agreed, that was the point of my post. Going off those hairs don't mean much20220512_204303.jpg20220512_204310.jpg20220512_204318.jpg20220512_204330.jpg
She has the tightest hardest buds I swear

Me thinks there are more than a few seeds in the making. Perpetual here and herms fuck things up in a big way so I have little tolerance.

Checked trichs today. They are all 50/50 milky/amber on the effected plants. Should I pull them? I think they just somehow said fuck it and decided to finish at week 6

You literally just described all the factors to determine readiness and said they don’t matter lol. You have looks and trichs. What else can you go off of?

Some strains have a poor yield, but make up for it in other ways. What strain is that?
