Early Flowering

I have a few clones that have been vegging indoors fr about 4 weeks. They are about 1 foot tall and are already flowering. I plan to plant them outdoors in about 5 more weeks but I'm concerned. This is my 1st grow. Should I continue or should I get new clones closer to the plant date for outdoors.
Will these buds mature or will the plants reveg? What is that process?
Should I remove the buds that have already set?

All help appreciated.......

you could really stress them, you could get multiple harvest if you let the flowering ones flower, and clone some new ones.
