Early flowering

So I have 10 seedlings at a little over 2 weeks old. I'm starting them inside to avoid the cold weather here in Colorado. My question, if I let them grow till late May then transplant them out doors will they start flowering? I have them on 18 6 atm. My spot has great direct sun until about 530 or 6. If it’s anything like Canada, we plant out here anytime after the middle to end of May..first of June tho cuz I put sum out May 20th one year and sum more 3 weeks later and they all ended up the same size the ones I put out too early got stunted for a bit soo. Out here flowering starts mid-3rd week of July usually fer semi autos and end of July for regular photo strains to August 5th being late for my strains..always run R2 and a skunk freezeland clone only, and a sick early girl cross.. 2nd-3rd week of August for pure sativas maybe? Im doin 3 sativa dom hybrids this year outside for a change thoo! DFG and easy sativa x skunk(freebies) by realgorillaseeds and a C99 x Blueberry fast. That means I have more sativa dominance by faqarrrr this year whattt!., I jus clued into that lol I’m doin 8ball kush n lemonade freezeland other than that. An a few eleven roses maybe.. haha

Anyone try out eleven roses yet? Appalachian kush x sugar black rose looks rly promising for weather in Canada says its mold n highly pest resistant so that’s keys, and with 25+%THC I had to get a 3 pack

Trinity..
A few weeks before transplant outside...see what your daytime light hours are..try to transition the plants to outdoors a little before the peek...If you expect maximum outdoor light hours at 16 hrs for example...gradually taper your indoor hours down..1/2 hour every 2nd or third day till your hours are pretty much sync'd..remember to coordinate your light cycle with the same approximate sunrise/ sunset to keep the plant as close to its normal rythm without putting into flower..

Cheers
