Early Floweriing=== NEED ADVICE

Hi guys I have clones that have been put outiside, and not sure if they was in the cup too long or they got light shock, but they are flowering already. I am gonna let a few go for early smoke But I really wanna get them back into flowering quick as poss. So I have picked all the new buds completely off and it has course shocked them, but they still seem to be growing. Does anyone know from experience if this will kick them out of flowering for sure or not?? I am hoping so and it's all I can think to do with them outside, also using veggin ferts on them right now. So any advice will be greatly appreciated. Right now in my area we have about 14 hours of daylight.

First do NOT pick the buds off, that in NO way will help them back into veg stage, you are only hurting the plant by doing this. They only way to get it to revert to veg growth is to get it under at least 18 hours of light, 24 if possible
