Early flower pistils browning

my plants are finally growing many pistils everywhere . Some sites have beautiful pure white ones , and other sites have browning in them .
what causes this ? I’ve read it could be multiple things , hoping someone will help me narrow it down . It’s my first time growing . They’re outdoors , I’m battling a small thripe issue . Applied Neem oil to combat . I’ve read that physically touching them can cause this too . After heavy rains , especially after I may have watered them , I give them a little shake to knock off excess water from bud sites . I’ve read this is a good practice to combat any kind of moisture issues with buds ..... any help would be great ! Thanks in advance !

Could be from the neem, from other branches rubbing them, pollinated or ive noticed too much nutes will do that too.
Either way, I think you're fine.
It's also ok to give your plants a light shake to rid of excess moisture from raining.

I noticed it before the Neem oil . I’m only using 7.5 mil per 2 liter . Of water . I’ve read it’s 15 for 1 gallon . I did notice a very faint trace of nute burn on one leaf . I’m also only giving nutes every other watering . It doesn’t appear to be increasing . Just small areas of browning .
