I don't think it's cross contamination since I just pour nutes in a shot glass and not back into the bottle. I don't remember the pro-tekt having shit in it when I bought it. Pretty sure the Grow did, but it's hard to see in the bottom of that bottle. I can see crystals floating around when I shake the bottle. I've pretty much decided to either get new protekt or just stop using it. The Grow nutes seem to be fine despite the crystals. If it was my bloom nutes I'd toss it.
Most likly your dyna grow nutes was shipped or the store you bought it from stored it in cold storage (no Heat) containers froze are partial freeze over the winter from where you purchased it or shipping route , Dyna grow will make good on this call them.

Sounds very possible as well. Wouldn't hurt to send them an email. I haven't found Dyna-gro people to be very helpful, so if they don't fix your issue maybe talk to the person you bought it from?

Interesting. I've found them very helpful, in fact last tech I talked to sent me 2 qts. of Foliage Pro free. I've had them about a year now and there's no precip.

Maybe I've just talked to the wrong person. Usually those companies are very nice. I've only had one encounter with them and the person was very short with me and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products.

I wish I could get ME some free foliage pro, lol.

I have being using Dynagro nutes for the last couple grows of mine. I grow in Promix-BX with extra perlite. I use Protekt and Dyna-Grow during veg. I start of slow then make it up to about 4ml of protekt and 4ml of Grow per gallon of water before I switch to 12/12. I also feed a low dose of grow during regular waterings during the veg cycle. When starting the flwoering cycle a start off with 4ml of grow and 4ml of protekt for the first two weeks, then drop down to 2ml of grow to 2ml of bloom for the remainder of the time. I am looking to maximize my output. Should i add anything to my dyna regiment ? like cal-mag? or bud candy? I am wondering if there is something I could tweek to get a better yield. My environment is good, so I am really just looking for advice on anything to add or get rid of.

good to see you again, sir.

You should keep doing with GROW 4Ml all the way to harverts, if it need to bump GROW to five MLs if the leaves become light green. Im pretty sure that you can read the plants ?

anything supplments arent necessary. You will get good result with just Pro Tekt and GROW thats it. More healthy will produce more yield and maximize the genetic out as well. Remember to keep it simple with your garden.

happy gardening

IZOC: good to hear from you. I really like these nutes they have served me well. Do you just use grow and protekt the whole way? no bloom? I have noticed a lighter shade of green towards the top happening since I dropped the grow down in flowering. Are you still grwoing in soiless? These nutes are really great and cheap as hell, the results don't lie.

Yes sir, no bloom at all and im still growing in the soilless :D

Dont afraid to use high N during flowering, they need more N to keep the foliage green in order to produce more buds more than bloom does. If you notice that lighter shade of green thats mean you need to bump dose of GROW back to 4 MLs or more.

Protekt 0-0-3 silica supplement
Bloom 3-12-6
K-L-N 0.009-0.011-0.006 rooting concentrate/transplant aid
foliage 9-3-6
mag 2-15-4 sulfur/mag boost
grow 7-9-5

i use these according to bottles. I dont use the mag pro i substituted that with calimagic by gen hydro because i needed more calcium for coco medium
i do straight water when theyre little with some foliare doses, then work up to 1/4 strength nutes bump up to 1/2 then to full veg. once i start blooming i do a 50/50 then to 75 bloom 25% grow. from there i slowly ease off to 50% doses and then down to 25% as i approach harvest

What are thoughts on adding molasses to dynagro regiment during flower? I keep reading about how it is pointless unless using organics. But then there seems to be some debate.

Anyone have any experience using molasses with dynagro?

I am much happier with my dynagro than I was with Fox Farms!

Pro-tekt has stunted the growth of several of my plants. They have brown spots and look kinda wilted. NEVER AGAIN as a foliar spray.

I use molasses with Dyna-Gro. My tomatoes seem to love it. I can't really make any judgments about cannabis yet though.

It will work great. It's probably better than 100% promix.

The company suggests a starting ppm of 50 when using their plant food though I use RO along with a base and protekt only with no issues.

Since not much is going on in this thread lately. I thought I'd post some photos of my first Dyna-Gro grow.
A few of the plants have met with disaster, but they survived; they are slightly stunted though.

The only other nutrients these plants have had other than some castings and manure in the soil, was kelp, fish emulsion (in the beginning) and humic acid.
Other wise it has been only Dyna-Gro Grow, Pro-tekt, and Foliage Pro.

Any problems you see with the plants should be chalked up to my mistakes instead of the nutrients. Except for the leaf burn which was caused by the Pro-tekt, I'm not going to foliar feed with that ever again, but I did add it to the water every time I watered.

There are several other plants that were NOT fed Dyna-Gro. I will try to get photos of them as well. They are at a different location, so I couldn't get them at the same time.

I am a a coco/perlite user and have been using AN forever. I am 10 days into flower. Is switching to dynagro safe/wise at this time. I am just to use a base and protekt? every watering? Any and all info and suggestions would really help.....I am actually nervous. Are my additives all obsolete with dyna-gro bases? I have enough AN to push thru this flowering cycle. What am I to do?
