Dying leaves?

I seem to have parts of leaves dying every few days. Any idea why this could be happening?
Growing in soil, temp is currently 25 degrees, RH is 65%. Its been nearly 5 wks since I flipped the lights. Am feeding Tomatorite, 2.5mls in 2L of water. I give this every 3rd watering, so 2 waterings of just water in-between the feed. I don't check P.H because a few people mentioned when growing in soil there's no need. Hope all this information is enough for you to help me. The first picture is a separate plant that it seems to have just started happening to. All the other pics are from the same plant, power plant from dutch passion20221023_150722.jpg20221023_150716.jpg20221023_150712.jpg20221023_150711.jpg

Plants needs change as they mature
I actually feed steady with lower amounts until the flip then I increase my feed
Your tips show some nutrient burn and then skipping feeding could be the source

So I should have been given it less than 2.5mls to start off with and more than every 3rd watering? I'll bear that in mind for next time.
Any idea what I should do now?
Thanks.

So should I flush with plain water and then feed with less nutes when it dries out? If it usually drinks nearly 2L before run off how much do should I flush with? Sorry for all the questions.
I never said any of that
Never even uttered the word flush
You need a better water/feed schedule next time
You can’t reverse mistakes in weed
Tomatoes maybe but not weed
Feed half every time you water and see if it helps
No clue what flushing does

TBH I was reading other posts and they mentioned flushing to remove excess stuff so just assumed. Sorry.
I'll try what you said, thanks for your help. I definitely will learn from these mistakes for next time.
