Went to my buddies place and abased my self to get my phone back, he came through, because he put other's first he has a heart, and a big one too.
It seems it was at the grocery store where I went to get cat food (old man lives alone with cats, but has a secret). They had it at the counter, the fellow there is a good friend and I share drone flying and other things with him, my intention, his benefit not mine, I got my phone back pretty quick....

He has the link to the top of the thread too, for his benefit, others before oneself. This can only be done effectively with training, for most folks it doesn't take much. Weeks to change lives and the world...

The garden has suffered and I asked my pal to come by and do the work with a considerable raise too (he needs it) He is learning gardening and mindfulness too and he's got the url for the page too. He's a good man with a horrible past and I'm gonna go all out for him cause he is in the most need, it is for him too. I have been absorbed with core issues and nailing down intentions and purposes, this important to me I'm gonna teach again and must prepare myself.

I will sit with him when he comes for work, to get us both started and regular. He will also go to and 8 week course for basic training under my personal guidance. I'm making an exception here.
