I was hoping you would chime in. I've had issues with a lot of drugs but never dissociatives.
Thanks, Duck! They can lead to some pretty nasty problems.. I've arranged a nice little sourced guide on how to maybe possibly replenish himself and how it helped with my situation ^.^
Here are some aids for you:
They've helped me in the past.
Milk Thistle: This helps aid your liver very well.

Iodine/ Potassium Iodide: Been meaning to make a thread on just this. I will later when I get done running around probably. Iodine is overlooked especially in the American diet and is absolutely necessary for your thyroid gland. The thyroid is important to keep healthy with iodine supplementation because it eases/cures an array of conditions. Cystitis(In my case), brain fog, obesity, and even breast cancer! There is more than that. I cannot advocate iodine supplements enough, they are very important. Here's some reading. There are plenty of sources, do some looking around! Seriously! To anyone reading this. But like I said, I'll make a thread later.

Peppermint-oil Extract: This helps ANY tummy ache it seems. Peppermint-oil is one of the more useful supplements I've found over the years. I use it for IBS. Even if my stomach is in gut wrenching pain, one gel capsule of this, poof. Gone. You may want to look into peppermint-oil. Every doctor I went to, even after being honest with them about my DXM use didn't ever help. I had to do research on my own and become my own doctor and it paid off. I KNOW DXM had to have givin me IBS(even if not, stuff is great) because a friend of mine suffers from it because of extended opiate use for his migraines.
ALSO!! The best part! Taking a peppermint oil extract pill will make every burp you have taste like a genuine, good tasting candy cane. It's really nice!

Supplements for your pancreas: I do not know much about pancreas health besides that cystitis had to do with it. The pancreas becomes enlarged and there is presence of cysts that cause your downstairs to be very.. Uncomfortably painful. VERY uncomfortably painful. In my experience, I had unknown cysts on my hips, hemorrhoids, and my groin/pubic region hurt very badly when moving. Luckily, my iodine supplementation literally made this disappear within 30 minutes taking my first 'attack dose' which is 10 drops(~62mg). As it was an issue lasting more than a few days. Now I take it as needed. Two drops in the morning ~12mg, then one in the evening ~6mg. Maybe this could help you!
Anyways, here's a link to some pancreas supplements that may help!

Do some reading, stop taking the DXM. Smoke some herb for now unless you don't feel like it, stay away from all pharms unless you are mentally insane, or physically impaired and NEED them to even survive.
{NOT out of addiction(SSRI's[prozac, zoloft], benzos[xanax, valium, klonopin], opiates[hydrocodone(Vicodin), oxycodone(percacet)], and plenty others. those especially are bad for your tummy. I wouldn't advise taking these AT ALL in the near future. And if you must, try taking a painkiller with NO acetaminophen(tylenol). And lastly, do not take ANY OTC meds unless you have some sort of unbearable flu or cold, which in most cases the cold is manageable with natural remedies, or just simply dealing with it like I do.}
***DO NOT TAKE ACETAMINOPHEN OR ANY OTHER OTC HEADACHE MEDICINE***
If you must, take naproxen sodium.
Not quite sure how antihistamines affect the organs you are having problems with, but I'd stay away from diphenhydramine(benadryl), I have no logical argument for this besides countless bad experiences I had with it while being a teenager. I do know that it messes with the urinary tract though. And over-all brain activity.
I am sure that you have had experiences from DXM where YOU CAN'T FUCKING PEE BUT YOU HAVE TO. I only bring diphenhydramine into this because it caused me similar problems semi long-term. And I don't know, since you were a cough medicine junkie like myself, you've probably indulged in 'trippin with benny'.
Hope this helps.
