nice Sqydro! If I didn't have 3 bills or so invested in air pumps I'd give it a try . but doesn't the huge water pump heat things up? it runs 24/7 right? Guess I could do a side by side, use one cooler with a powerhead and the other with airstones. How far do you suppose the water h as to drop to get a nice level of DO?

I'm looking at making a micro rdwc. Was originally supposed to be for the coffee can grow but too late, but still going to try it.

How far is your waterfall?

I thought all rdwc ran the waterpump 24/7, was my plan. Waterline at the top of can, freefalls to water level. Air pump in the control tank only. My dislike is how noisy the airpump is, just came across using power heads and now your way. I'm wondering if I have enough waterfall in the coffee cans to fore go the air pump

as lon as the sureface water is being disturbed u should be fine, thats were gas exchange takes place for dissolved oxygen!

Just doing a full res change and changing ro canna aqua flores range, il be running a EC of 1.2 throughout flower maybe push it to 1.4 see how they react, there showing flowers now next few days should be big changes! Start to see some nice bud formations!
