Hello I am planing to grow cannabis and its my first time I'm already constructing grow canbinet for two plants hight 2.60cm length 2.90 and 1.10cm wide (sides) . I cant decide wich hydro setup will work for me
I have one question about dwc vs rdwc ad far as I know on dwc you need to change water once a week or so but if you use rdwc you have to just add water in reservoir so as far as I understand using rdwc does not require to drain water from pots and reservoir every week?
will be adding pictures soon

it really does not matter - the reason for changing it is because the plants - whatever they are - take up nutrients as they need them depleteing them from the res. It takes all 16,17,18 nutrients (however many the plant uses) at different rates and times as and when needed. this reduces some of the nutrients and leaves others that are not being used or used as much which creates an imbalance in the res leaving too few nutrients or too many for the plant. So if the plant does not have enough or there is too much because of this imbalance then you begin to have problems like underfeeding or lockouts of certain nutrients. By changing out the res you give it a fresh new balance to deal with and helps with salt build ups.

The "R" in rwdc just makes less work as your changing one res as opposed to however many plants you have in dwc buckets (each has their own res).
