DWC top off, no flush

Does anyone just top off and not flush? I have always flushed. Just curious.

Haha. Flush every 2 weeks. I top off everyday. I’m talking about never flushing with new water completely.

I run veg in my rdwc without ever flushing or changing it out completely. I’m about 25 gallons. Top ups get full ppm. After stretch I change out nutes.then again at week 4-5. So on average I run my nutes for about a month.

Sure its possible, but more likely to have deficiencies, or imbalances.
A good rule of thumb, is to do a full change out, after your have "topped off" the volume of your rez.
So if you have a 20g system, after you've had to "add back" 20g of top off, you should do a full switch out.
This is a good middle ground.
Some people switch out every week, but when you are early in veg, they don't consume as much and its not needed that frequently.
Using the technique I described above, you can adjust how often you do a full change out according to how aggressively they are feeding.
