DWC root help

I'm prbly week 7, week 1 of flower running a Dwc grow.
My question is this, is it normal for parts of the roots to appear to be bulging? Roots tips bulging and firm to the touch? First time encountering this
.
The nutes I normally use are masterblend +calcium nitrate + Epsom salts. I add humboldts secret golden tree and flower stacker in flower. I also use Southern ag fungicide which is basically a much more concentrated hydroguard to prevent root rot.

In my current grow I decided to add humboldts secrets plant enzymes and 2 days after a fresh red change with it added.. Is when I noticed some of the bulges. I've never seen or maybe noticed this before so I have no idea whether this is normal... Good thing... Bad thing?

Can we get some pictures? Hard to see what you mean by bulging lol
