Dwc root help/questions

So on like day 17 or so of flowering and I checked on the roots today and noticed so white spots where the roots are out of the water I wiped em and the spots kinda went away the plant is thriving it put on about an inch overnight and most of the root growth is at the bottom now where the water line was left. What I've done since seeing this is I've completely submerged the roots and am going to water from the top to keep the bucket full you can see in the pic the superwhite roots are where the waterline was when I pulled it out today based on pics tips or suggestions much appreciated

Keep your bucket topped up, all the roots should be submerged. Small dry periods are fine but you will get better results with all your roots submerged plus as you’ve seen, they’ll be healthier for it

Anything about those little white spots?
Can’t say I’ve noticed them when I grew in dwc.
I’ve noticed them on clones when roots are coming through if that’s the same sort of thing your talking about?
My guess is root decay maybe from drying out and being inactive?
I Don’t think it’s anything serious.

By the looks of the whiteness of the roots that were in the water, you are using tap water?
The chlorine works wonders for keeping roots sterile and white but kills your beneficial bacteria.
i would suggest keeping your bucket topped up with the chlorinated tap water you’ve been using for now to sterilise the upper roots and monitor the white spots you speak of
