Do i leave the air pump on 24/7 or have a time schedule? Thanks in advanced.

always leave your pump running. If you do not put nutes in your water, your "girls" won't have any food. You must put nutes in your water and keep pump on 24/7.

quik question do i leave a space between the water and my net pot?

I leave 1 inch of space. I have also seen plants grow under a 20/4 pump schedule. Even a 10/2/10/2 schedule with the pump.
Dwc means you must provide the plant with all lost nutrients from soil. Mutes are a must, always unless flushing with molasses
