DWC Heavy drooping please help! !

Just started my DWC using seedlings I transplanted from soil. Temp is 68-73f degrees and RH is around 60%.
Ppm 350-415 for all and using 600 watt light about 18 inches away from plants with constant circulation.
All plants have leaves that are drooping down. Yesterday they all looked completely healthy.
My only guess is if the plants could have too much water? The water level is sitting essentially even with the bottom of the mesh bucket lid.
Thank you for assistance! ! !

I'm just hoping to save the other 5 as they just started wilting this morning. Again thank you for input and let me know if you need more info to help address the issue!

All right shall do. Only thing is, they looked great last night leaves were up and everything. Could it take this long for the shock to take effect? I thought if it were shock they would have looked like that too begin with?
Thanks for the responses guys, as for foliar feeding just use plain phd water? Or..?
