I have a question about roots and the color. I know of root rot and all but this is interesting. When I introduced the carbo load into the system it seems that my roots have taken on a brown color and during the last res change, they felt somewhat slimy. These are signs of rr but the root sys seems really great. Here are some pics for your decision.

Ur putting alot of things in ur tub net..Without a meter id honestly be sketchy of putting all those things in my tubs...It doesnt take much nutz to reach optimum levels... And when ur working with 4 supplements its takes very lil of all.
Id do a half water change add some peroxide..Maybe 2 tablespoons and lower my water level... Right now mines hovering 2 inches below the bottom of the pots after a fresh water change.
Some nutes make my water dark and even stain my roots but slime is not a good sign.. Peroxide may fix it.

Have you seen seemorebuds its 3 discs.Anyway this guy puts a 1/4 cup in every time ya turn around in the movies.Dont go and do it I'm just stating what i saw.In my bubblers the 5 gal units i changed nutes once a week during flowering and only added hornsbys big bud other than my normal nutes.So i didnt see as much slime,they dont look like there sick ,just slimy....:weed:

Yeah. Actually there are no real signs of sickness. Just a bit slimy. The carbo load stuff is sugars and the liquid itself is very slimy. Like runny syrup but clear. Me thinks its the carbo load. If so, I shouldn't be worried.

Econolight? The shit!! I have their $20 150HPS, got it in like 3 days... Pretty simple to wire...

Oh. Real quick. I have NO ODOR PROBLEMS... Used my moms ion purifer, within 15mins I couldn't smell a thing with my head in the closet. I'll give details with everything tomorrow.

Ack! That looks nasty, I hope it's nothing but staining. If the leaves start looking shitty I would dump and redo the res. I would ask Roseman also he is the DWC expert.

Yo DWC growclubbers.... Just chopped 2 of my 5 plants in flower/soil (I killed one last week also as it wasn't doing anything). Taking down the other 3 tomorrow or thursday lastest to try my first flower in DWC!!!!!

Got some new strains and got more on the way I hope by months end!!!

okay fellow tubbers, what shall I do?

I got a box with 4 sites all into same DWC tub. This is my first grow and I made the mistake of flowering 2 strains that ripen at different times, one is 8-10 weeks and the other 10-12 weeks.

I am now at day 52 of flowering and the 8-10 week plant is just getting a small amount of amber. I use GH Flora 3 part, PPM at 1250 if that matters.

1. Should I flush for the remainder of both plants?

2. Flush the remainder of the 8 week and then ramp nutes back to some level, then flush the 10-12 week for it's last 1.5 - 2 weeks?

What level should I ramp nutes to and for how long if so?

What should I do? Should I use Clearex? water and molasses? Plain water?

I hope that I'm not the first noob to do such a thing... Dipshit...!

The strains are purple kush (from cutting), and Lights of Jah(Jack Herer?). I am using 250 mh and 250 HPS and res is 11 gallons with 2 plants, not 4.

How long do most of you flush?

my roots were lookin like that last week and smelling like a rotting corpse. i flushed and changed the res, rinsed the roots, and then added a little hydrogen peroxide to the new nute water, and voila! 3 days later they're looking great! how many gallons is your res? i used a tsp per gallon.

maybe try just plain water with no nutes for a few days to flush the plant that's ready, and then go back to finishing nutes with the other one? that seems like a pretty logical solution, and it's what i'm going to have to do b/c i have the same problem.

Net pirate I would get that stuff flushed out as soon as possible! Flush with some ph'd distilled water and add just a touch of epsom salts and peroxide. Let that water sit as is for a couple of days and flush again. Look at your roots and start adding nutes back. I dont know what you use for a feeding schedule but that sludge isnt good. Good Luck. Hydrogen Peroxide kills all the beneficials in your organic nutrients... I'd just refill with plain water and peroxide then wait a day or two, then dump and refill with your nutes and no peroxide.
