The airpump is a Aqua Culture MK-1504 rated for 20-60gallons dual output. I have each output running to an airstone.

The airstones are the little ~1" blue ones, they suck, I need to find something better. They worked fine at first then they get a little crack or something and doesnt diffuse the air anymore, just comes out in like one stream of bubbles. Until I find something better, they are cheap enough to replace (~1$).

Maintenance is easy. I am almost not even trying with this thing, I pH the water when i change it out, even though I probably should check it every couple days. Every 1-2 weeks I change the rez. Lately it needs to be every week because that big plant is just slurpin up gallons. When I change the nute solution I give the bucket and air tubes a washdown and wipe. Thats about it for maintenance.

how are your flowers coming along? they prove to be quite attractive plants eh! I was just about to take pics but i forget they kinda close up a bit at night :(

anyway good luck... and seems like a silly Q but are you growing weed also?

UPDATE. I just changed res nutes. 3 gallons @ 5ml micro/gal and 10ml bloom/gal. I'll see how it does. Some flowers are still dropping, but there are some that have been hanging on for a while now, i took one that was gonna fall off and i touched it to all the other ones hoping to get some pollination action going on, been running the fan intermittently also to aid pollination. A hacked off another GOOD portion of the plant, this thing just keeps out growing itself.

taytheday, thats awesome. i still havent gotten any fruits. i noticed that you're getting the purpling on the stems around the nodes as well, any ideas on what that is?

Noticed the bucket here, looks like the ones I got from Lowes.. do you think any of the issues and inconsistencies are from the light that is getting into the bucket? I noticed on those white ones that you can see some serious glow of outside light through them.

I'm new to this whole DWC so I'm just throwing ideas out there, others said no matter what make sure no type of light gets near the water and if this is the case these buckets do let the outside glow of light come through.

I really dont think the white bucket is causing any problems. My roots are nice, no algae in the bucket plus i clean the bucket out every other week or so. Also my light is only 110w at 26" away from the bucket, i seriously doubt this light is penetrating the bucket and causing problems. I think my non-fruiting problem is either temperature, nutes, or pollination. Like ive said before, I really havent put much effort into this project. Its been getting colder around here and making the temp fluctuate in my home. I'll probably just keep slowing changing things on a weekly basis and seeing how its working out. On another note, ive got full bloom nutes going right now and this thing is still sprouting new growth like crazy, i wish i had enough room to take clones and grow them out.
