Supp all just thought id share a few things which may help peeps out quite a bit just getting ready to clone, germinating and what I've found works best to date with the usage of these sponges in my system. Not going to get into what's better I've used rockwool no problem just a lil harder to keep ph'd proper at least for me and I do see a lot of peeps with overwatering issues stunting growths on there clones and new beanlings especially with the rockwool if anything its for the more advanced id say so that being said.
I'm gonna show u a simple way to use the sponges in this system at this point it honestly couldn't be much more easier.
STARTING WITH THE CLONES:
I'm presoaking my sponges in tap water squeezeing them out a bit to get the stagnant air and Moisture out from there I'm takeing my cuts and putting them in the sponges no scrape, no dip in any kind of rooting hormones nothing. I turn my plugs over stick a steak skewer in the top take it out put the cut where the skewer was and bam once the cuts are placed in the sponge as described I give them 5-10 ml of water/feed which I take directly outta the reservoirs the moms live in that the cuts are being taken from that's right!
Moms res ph'd at 5.8 feed ranges anywhere from 9-1300 just depends on what stages the moms are in When the cuts being taken. Watered once daily with 5-10 ml of water daily into a tray and dome and getting roots within 3-7 days sometimes a lil longer who cares.
Point is this and it may prolly mess a few peeps heads up but not only am I getting roots but my clones are Comeing along niicely and actually growing while rooting! And most of the time. Look. Better than The moms the cuts. Are being taken from once they root.
Enjoy I wish I could make things a lil harder I know its just too simple.
Here's the clones I'm talking about here.
Enjoy beanlings are up next:-P

I've used rapid rooters also, much easier than rockwool in regards to watering. Only problem I've found is if you use H202. The plugs are organic based and breakdown if exposed to hydrogen peroxide..just an FYI

I only use rapid rooter plugs way easier than rockwool and newbs should start out with rapid rooter plugs to avoid over watering which happens a lot with rock wool because it retains so much water.

Yeah as soon as a clone is rooted you can hit them with full strength nutes since they share the same characteristics of the mother.

Supp beavrhuntr another great point its like they don't miss a beat fosho.
I hope I didn't make things confuseing but I'm actually rooting my cuts rite from the start in the moms full strength res water..
I know its pretty crazy and prolly goes against everything know but its working great and the results are insane.
Forgot to mention I do treat my moms res with beneficial bacteria. Great white to be exact and I think its the Bennies That's makeing it so magic.

Well My bad! Got rid of a bunch Of pix last nite so the beanling pix will have to wait till next seed germ.
In the meantime I'm getting ready to take more cuts as well as transplant some clones to buckets so I will be sure to take some pictures and describe the process.
Thanks for watching.

lol rapid rooters look like brownies.. I could never use that shit and not giggle ^^

I've also never had problems with rockwool.. Guess I just did my learning first and then grew

What's wrong with brownies lolz nothing its. Just that they r better with walnuts in my opinion.
Try feeding ur wool next time u cut with ur moms res water till they root like to see what kinda results u pull void and thanks for checking in.

No heat mat temps between 75-85 lites on to lites off. Just domed and watered once daily as previously described.
Give it a shot man I got 3 different strains running the same way all eating on different ends of the scale.
If u wanna play it safe.. cut ur moms feed a lil with some tapwater before watering the cuts but I can tell u its not neccesary.
Hope that helps. Peace
