Dutch Seeds (DDS) Question

Hi,

First time post from a new member here. I recently ordered ten feminized white widow seeds from DDS. The order was placed on January 2nd and on January 4th this is a message that was noted to my account when I logged in.
01/04/2012Payment ReceivedDear XXX,

Thanks for your order. Your order is approved by our secure payment provider.

You can recognize your order on your creditcard statement as XXXXXX.

Shortly we shall pack your package and send out to you. You will receive a new order update than.

I never got an email in regards to the package being shipped and after all my payment did clear the bank. I have contacted them numerous times via email with no response. Here is the one thing that I may not be understanding them on. When you chose to contact them via email, this message shows to the left of the message box you are going to type in: My question is am I reading this right and assume they are on vacation from January 2 until February 9th? Or do they mean February 2nd until February 9th. Very confusing on my end since I have had no contact with them after the order. Thanks for any help.

Canna, being a rookie I guess, my next order will come from Nirvana. I ordered from DDS a few years back and did not have any problems. I have checked a few forums and have not read of any problems in regards to them. Just wanting to see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. Thanks.
