Dutch master Liquid light

went to worms way today and the guy gave me some liquid light for free. was wondering if anyone has used it yet?

my hydro guy gave me some for free aswell....I asked the same question here and got no answers...guess I'll try it on one of my plants and compare

I have it also from my hydro store. Im a little reluctant to use it though. I,ve heard some growers using it and misting there plants and the lights burnt the leaves up pretty good.
Maybe use it 1/4 strenght. I need other opinions as well.

my wife has a plant in the bed room that don't get much light I'll try it on that first and see how it goes

Don't forget to mix me a bottle. i will try it out on the girls. The only reason for this is im ripped and i will forget to mention it.

I used the mix with liquid light + penetrator + water as instructed on the back of those sample bottles and it hasn't burnt my plants yet. I do how ever spray when the lights go out so it can soak in in the dark and not heat up while it's sitting on the leaves. I can't really say how well it works as I'm on my first grow but if you come look I think my plants are going like crazy so I plan on keeping it in my arsenal.

Ummm...Dude, their website says it must be used with lights on....Liquid light allows plants to use light more efficiently....spraying in the dark will not provide any benefit!!!

Well ive actually applied in the morning and at night. I've read in a lot of places you don't want to use any sprays with chemicals in them during your light cycle because it can heat up while its resting on the leaves and possibly boil or burn your leaves. You're only supposed to apply 2x per week so I'm sure even spraying in the dark it's going to soak into the leaves and work once the lights come on. I believe that's what the penetrator is for, making sure the liquid soaks into the leaves and stays there during for a while.

Edit: I see, just looked at their site, has to be on for at least 3 hours after you spray. I've been within that time frame every time I just like to spray towards evening.

Well, I don't think you can offer input on whether or not the product works....If you don't follow their directions....I mean really man....would they tell you to spray during light cylce if it burns your plants....Idea: lets put some shiot in a bottle and tell people it's ok to spray while their lights are on......But really the jokes on them...cause when you foilar spray plants with the lights on it kills them.....were gonna be rich man!!!

I've researched this stuff a fair bit. It stimulates the stomata, which are the microscopic pores that look like little mouths on the surface of the leaves. They open and close to regulate gas exchange and transpiration. Liquid light causes them to become more "open" so that gas exchange is better, which helps speed up photosynthesis.

If the instructions say to use it twice a week, then I would assume that once the plant has absorbed the nutrient it stays active for a few days. It doesn't just work like a liquid magnifying glass that intensifies the light, it simply opens up the plants stomata and allows it to breath better and take more advantage of the light that is already there.

So spraying it before your lights come on should be fine, as long as you do it an hour or so before and not when the plants will just be sitting in the dark for hours.

i use dutch master gold with liquid light, spray the liquid light mixxed with penetrator with the lights on my plants dont burn, make sure you use penetrator

i was reluctant to use this stuff so i used a 2/3 dose and it burned the hairs so i was scared after that,i actually just dumped that stuff down the drain two days ago after paying for that and the penetrator i'd say they got me good!

used liquid light + penetrator for my last 2 grows. use the recomended mix for bothe parts and spray with lights on. never had any burning and growing the same clones with and without yes it doe's realy work don't be shy use it. it's good although a bit costly.

hoho your plants burnt because you didnt use the correct dose, i thought they would burn 2 so i emailed dutch master they said the liquid light keeps the plants from burning, i trusted it and i yielded more than i did with monkey juice, i got around 5-6 coming per plant, monster yeild!!!

hi skeksis and hoho. a breif run down will answer bothe at the same time.
as for my self i have only a couple of grows under my belt i still class my self as a newb.
the grow in the pic was 3 afropips fast blast grown in rec dwc system and ionic nutes.
the grow space is 3' x 3.5' with a max plant height of 48" with single 600w hps in a cool tube.
the liquid light was used from day 7 of veg untill the end of the 1st week of flower with a total veg time of 21 days. total yeild of the 3 was 9.2oz dry (im still learning as i go bigger yeilds to come) .
these 2 pics are at 21 days veg and 7 days flower.

i think there could be a difference if used at such an early age on but to just spray a flower girl... i'd have say no way! in my case less is better almost all the time.

ok i'll start easy i don't top my girls that go for flower.

as for the comparison grows so far has bin fast blast with out yeild 1 1/4oz p/plant --- with yeild 3 1/8oz p/plant.

arjans haze#3 without yeild just over 1 1/4oz with, is my current project.

as for when use at the recomended every 3 days . they say you can use it up untill the end of 2nd week of flower. so far i've only gone to 1 week my self didn't realy need to go any further.

for bringing up a mum just use every 3 days untill you reach your requirement.
