can i dust DE on flowering plants to kill spider mites and then wash it off with water after a few days later?
if not dusting i heard of adding it to water and spraying?

im less than 2 weeks away from harvest...not sure what i can do to kill the mites or hold them off until harvest.

also thinking of using a pepper spray as an alternative?

which would be better to do?

Wtf....aren't your buds sticky as all hell being this far into flower? At this point realistically there's nothing you can "dust" on your plants that won't turn your final product to garbage. If you're in soil get hypoaspis miles mites for next run. How infested are the plants?

I honestly don't know if it could be washed off. Of course regardless that would turn the bud to shit but to each their own I guess.

You can buy lady bugs on Amazon and turn them loose on the plants. They will clean up your spider mite problem but won't hurt the plants.

yes, if it was possible to spray then i would definitely wash the buds off after, but i worry that will leave the bud tasting bad. i have a pretty strong sprayer that can get every part of the plant where there is run off, but i know it will raise my humidity levels pretty high and i will run into possibly another problem of bud rot? it would take a few hours before the dehumidifier is able to pull the water back out. MY temperatures are on point for the most part. Just not sure what the best solution would be at this point.

i could single handedly wipe off the bud or vacuum, but the vacuum i have is a shop vac and is pretty strong.

There is no way this far along to kill the mites with anything except gasoline and fire

The only safe way to slow them down at this point is low temps and it not all bad there was learning
