I'm really trying to eat more in a vegatarian style. I no longer keep red meat in the house and rarely eat chicken. If I do eat chicken, its the "free range" organic kind. I still eat fish though. Totally into whole grains and I eat no processed foods. I like veggie burgers almost as much as I used to like beef burgers. Haven't had milk in years ... only use soy milk now and never for drinking. I only drink water, coffee and tea. Everything I eat is organically grown. I'm almost off of eggs ... but cheese? Man, how do you get off of good cheese?
