Dumb question, but I can't seem to find a clear answer (if it even matters...): how to flip to flower?

So, I realize I may be really overthinking this one. Right now in veg they're on 18/6, from 6 AM to midnight. Now, when I switch to 12/12, I'm planning on having the lights on from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Should I cut the lights at 7 PM tonight, or set the lights not to come on until 7 and then start?

I'm guessing it probably doesn't make too much of a difference one way or the other.

Yep, just leave the lights off until you get to the new 'on' time.

A simple switch to new schedule “ while they are asleep “ .....

I agree with all of the above also. Longer dark period.

Longer dark for flower. If you need to switch your time for veg always go with longer light period.
