Leave them green leave's on her, even if they have any discoloration, they still serve a purpose and they are your life line this early into the game the last thing you want it for it to just creep up to the tops and destroy every leaf on the plant.

Ahhh, wish you had posted that a day ago I removed all of the really damaged ones plus a few questionable ones. So far just tip burn on the top leaves. Oh well :-( learning experience right?

Yeah true that on the learning experience, the plant use's up a fair amount of nitrogen during the stretch and it's completely normal for the lower leaves to fade like that if there isn't a good amount in the soil, she shouldn't be needing much more now tho, and like others said get the magnesium/ calcium and pk into that soil for good bud development, she looks like she needed more, it's looking great Duke. Get a bit of runoff next watering, she might have a little salt build up , the tips don't lie lol

Finally did a foliar feeding with K (potash) 0-0-50 & some Epsom salts for Magnesium. Hoping this finally stops the progressing yellowing of all my fan leaves. Really sprayed every inch of that plant down at Lights out.

Also did a top dress of 5tbsp of 2-8-4. Wish me luck, I need it!

Hang in there, you got this. It looks hungry in general and maybe some magnesium issues so the foliar will help with that and the dry amendments should help with the hungry part. Stay on top of your watering habits and environment and you're going to be great.

Salt build up, too much top dress, mag def and maybe some root issues. My thoughts.

Epsoms and fish with chlorinated tap water always brightened mine up.

I do hope Duke is using city water if not in a few cities. 003.jpg006.jpg

This deficiency/problem keeps spreading, I can't find anyone else's photos that look exactly like mine. Weird. I'm hopeful the foliar spray will stop it.

This look familiar? BBHP. 1 of 2 of 4 total plants.

Resulted from my amended soil being fed water solubles every watering. And over watering. Fish emulsion, epsoms and straight tap water. Maybe PH-ed to low 6's. I find a higher PH in that pot after soil testing.

What I have like yours. I'm trying here.

What water soluble things were you watering in to cause that? I was feeding Fish & Kelp when the issue started.

If I'm understanding you correctly I should
- water less & (pH down to 6.5)
-Add Epsom
- Start adding fish/kelp again?

I use Sea grow water solubles. I push things.

I'm saying a foliar of fish and epsoms. Not watering with epsoms.
Water properly. And I cannot speculate your soil ph.
Water with straight water until soil gets flushed a bit and growth greens up.

I think too much N got you here.

Day #18 flower
(day 26 since flip)

Well I'm not sure if the K & Epsom foliar helped or not. Just hoping it makes it through flower. Lot of burnt tips & banana yellow leaves!

What do you think, will it make it another 40+ days with so few fan leaves left?

As i said , the plant got abit of nitrogen def during stretch and it will now slowly continue working it's way from the lower stem and up, i don't see any other deficiencies NOT K OR MAG ... some people just guess and thats all we can do at times as we can only go by picture and ur word.

But don't stress you'll make it to harvest, I've had 2 plants do this because i switched to flower nutrients early and they hungry feeders but they still looking beautiful in the end ...just as good as the others...

:peace:
