ive been drying them for two days, i had humudifier on first day now i have just a fan blowing through whole room.. the buds already feel dry and crunchy on the outside but stem is still moist, am i doing something wrong or is it supposed to be like that?

Yes wait until the stems are brittle...when they snap when bent you can jar it but never before. It's ok for the bud to be a little crispy on the outside before it's been cured in jars. Try to go 6 days or more if you can. A little circulation is good but limited airflow is best for a long hang dry IMO. Exchange the air passively but I wouldn't have fans blowing directly on my shit.
You say humidifier & i hope you mean dehumidifier; adding humidity will promote mold. I need to keep a dehumidifier going 24/7 or my weed will get moldy because my grow/drying area can get rather muggy otherwise. If I shut it off any weed I have curing will mold right up.

I like to start my cure before my stems are snapping in half ....it takes a little more vigilance during cute ...but I like the outcome more ....I keep a window cracked in my drying room and have small low speed fans exchange air .....I shut the window at night and by morning you can feel the stagnant humid warm air in the room when it's time to open the room window ....for the first few days of drying .....and were talking about a whole room loaded ...but that stagnant warm humid air is the same feeling a cure container has when it's needs to be burped ....my dry takes 4 to 6 days absolute tops

i created a new dry space and it is basically a wind tunnel.
Had a 6" filter/fan pulling air thru full speed first couple days & it dried too fast. was at 55% when it went into jars and stayed there. I have been trying to re-hydrate them but fear it will do no good.
not my thread but would appreciate any advice on buds that dried too fast.

i meant dehumudifier ;D i open window and door for 5-10 min a day so the fresh air gets in..

I set up my dedicated indoor dry rooms this way:
The dehu is set at 55% and the Ac set to 68.
6 days from the time we hang, the branches are ready to be taken down off lines and put into bins/coolers where it is checked on continuously until trimmed. It might take 3 weeks until its trimmed. Consider it curing while in bins ;-)

Someone in another thread recently said they like 40% humidity :-D. That would only be 3 days until crispy dry. Way too quick!!
