I have searched over the forum and didn't find anything to say if I should leave my extractor fan on while drying?

Get rid of that humid air as fast as your fan can, that said I prefer to slow dry to save the back of my throat for drinking beer too ....lol

Do whatever needs to be done to keep the humidity below 65% while your hang drying. I like it right around 55-60% for a nice slow, even dry. If that means running your extractor fan or a dehumidifier, then do.

You also want a small oscilating fan going in the room to move the air around a little, but DON'T set it so it's blowing at your buds.
